Tasting Notes: A supple, dark and rich, bearing the signature hallmarks of Caymus.

Italy, Sparkling 

Tasting Notes: A delicate, well-balanced Prosecco, showing a good blend of baked apple, sour lemon and grapefruit, with a lightly creamy mineral texture on the palate.

Paso Robles,  Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: The nose is highly perfumed, showing aromas of black cherry, cassis, plum, desert sage. sandalwood and dusty minerality. Secondary aromas reveal notes of cigar box, leather, bay leaf and black olive. The palate is rich and weighty, offering generous flavors of black raspberry, spicy currant and blueberry compote with impressions of Bing cherry, Boysenberry, fig, and baking spices.

Sonoma, Cabernet Sauvignon 

Tasting Notes: This wine shows floral, apple and citrus aromas with fresh, clean flavors and mineral notes.

Sonoma Coast, Pinot Noir 

Tasting Notes: Flavors of red cherry, plum, and boysenberry, subtle hints of espresso and cocoa nib underpin notes of spice and toast. A ripe, friendly, open style, with black tea and anise notes.

Tasting Notes: Characterized by eclectic flavors and aromas of strawberry, black cherry, plum and potpourri with notes of forest floor, mushroom or black tea, the best California Pinot noir boast a supple texture and good acidity, giving them the ability to improve with age.
